OHD Anywhere Offers the following features:

- One Door Position Sensor is needed per door (additional door sensors are sold seperately)

Please Note: If installing an OHD Anywhere kit to a Genie or Overhead Door Series III garage door opener, it is necessary to use a Dry Contact Adapter (Part #38013R). You can identify a Genie or Overhead Door Series III garage door opener by the wall console. A Series III wall console will have black buttons (refer to part or 37223R)

Works just fine. Pretty easy to install -- the instructions are quite clear. Be sure to watch the video as it shows the steps we'll take in the app during setup.

After a slightly more difficult installation than I anticipated (some of the You Tube video is different than the written instructions), fortunately I called Support to clarify and got 2 doors up. Good functionality, and is ideal for some needs (lots of in-and-out, visitors/family coming when you are not there, out-of-town, etc.). Also great when you are riding with someone else, allowing you to open door on your phone on arrival, rather than going to the Outdoor Keypad remote. And this was a GREAT VALUE for the price offered online by OHD of Northern Kentucky (it was far too pricey from my local OHD dealer.

Great once it is set up
Left a prior 1 star review. I was since able to get tech support on the phone and they were GREAT. Though it would be nice not to need them, I did. They showed me how to do a device reset (should have been included in on-line troubleshooting, then, the device connected and the rest was relatively easy. I love this. If you have the patience and persistence to get the thing on-line, you will like it

Does not work, no customer service available.
Thought this would be great. Connects to internet, but Won’t connect to OHD cloud. Chat took 30 minutes to get to one step. Then email to get to another step. Third step was to call. 2 hour wait time, so left a call back number. Never was called back. Tried this twice. Oh well, live and learn.

Installation
The installation instructions and video are confusing and do not match. I realize that you are trying to cover a multitude of problems including the many different varieties of openers etc. However the simple installation for the normal user could be greatly simplified included the wifi portion. You need to have some sort of service or option where you could fill in your garage door make and model, Router. and number of doors and have a set of installation instructions created for your equipment. Your instructions for connecting to Wi Fi could be simplified with changes to the the App.

1. Installation instructions are lacking for those that want to replace their existing door controller with this one. Caused too much time to figure it out. 2. The app is terrible. Kicks you out frequently requiring you to re-log-in, and strangely doesn't communicate well with the door control module. Intermittently, the app shows it is sending the Open or Close request, but the door controller doesn't respond.
