Cancelled Orders
- In the event an order needs to be cancelled by the customer prior to being shipped, Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky must be notified immediately.
- You can email Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky by completing the form listed below.
- Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky will confirm the cancelled order and make arrangements to credit the customer for the order within one business day.
- Any cancelled or changed orders are subject to a minimum $2.00 processing fee.
- In many cases, an order can be shipped within one business day. If an order is cancelled but the product has already been shipped then all policies and procedures as outlined in the return policy must be followed.
- Any downloadable product purchases are final and can not be cancelled.
