Shipping & Returns
- All orders will be shipped out the next business day.
- In most cases, if an order is placed prior to Noon (eastern time) the product will be shipped out the same business day.
- Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky is dedicated to shipping out all orders in a timely manner. If for some reason a product is backordered the customer will be notified as soon as possible and advised as to the expected shipping date.
- For any orders with free shipping, allow approximately 5 working days for delivery (allow 10 working days for orders shipped to Canada).
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. Returned products will not be accepted after 30 days. However, any downloaded product purchases are final and can not be returned.
- In order to return a product, you must request an RA number by completing the form listed below. RA numbers will not be provided by phone. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
- Unless a product has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Circuits boards must be returned in the original static paper. All original paperwork shipped with the product is to be included with the returned product.
- If a product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky will replace it or exchange it with a similar product at no charge.
- If a customer requests a refund for a defective product instead of accepting a replacement item or if the product is being returned for a reason other than being defective, the refund will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Electronic parts such as remote controls, keyless entries and circuit boards are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded.
- If a product is returned incomplete or missing any related parts, a refund will not be accepted.
- If a product is returned damaged or non re-sellable, a refund will not be accepted. Electronic parts such as circuit boards, safety sensors and the OHD Anywhere will be inspected closely. If it is deemed that the part was installed incorrectly or damaged during installation, no refund will be provided.
- If a product is defective and no replacement part is available, the customer will receive a full refund for the entire purchase amount.
- If a customer wishes to exchange a product with a different model, the request must be submitted by completing the form listed below within 30 days of the orginal purchase date. The customer will be charged the difference in price between the two products (if any) and any asscociated shipping charges

- Once the returned product is received by Overhead Door Company of Northern Kentucky, the product will be inspected. The original paperwork provided with the order and RA number must be included with the returned product.
- Refunds are issued on a weekly basis. The customer will be notified immediately via email once their credit card has been refunded.
- If it is determined that a refund is declined because it doesn't not meet the requirements as outlined above, the customer will be notified by email with an explanation as to why the refund was declined.
