      I ordered a one-button door remote. You sent me a three button door remote without any explanation for the product switch. I was able to synch the three button remote with the door opener; but, I would rather have had the one-button device - thus my average rating.

      My door wouldnt open even after replacing the batteries so I ordered a new remote. I received it in 3 days and was very easy to program. Would def recommend!

      My wife misplaced and couldn't find one of our door openers. We bought this as a replacement. Works well. It came with a very weak battery included which was too weak to program. So I thought I was doing something wrong. Not! So I put in a new battery in and it just took a few seconds to program the door opener, which is fine and works smoothly.

      This is a good company to do business with. Opener came as promised. Synced up with my garage on the first try. Would recommend to anyone.

      After five years and countless batteries, both garage door remotes were past tense. Expired. Useless. Gone to the great garage sale in the sky. No amount of coaxing, reprogramming or swearing would make either one work.

      A simple internet order quickly yielded a functional door opener with easy to follow programming instructions (battery included).
