CIRCUIT BOARD - LEGACY CD/B - 36190TS

This board fixed my opener and was very easy to replace for a DIY'er.

I would be charged more than twice for this exact part and had to wait 6-8 weeks if ordered by the service department at Overhead Door. I ordered it on my own and it arrived in just a few days. This was a very easy transaction.

Good packaging and directions. Easily installed, no problem. Only issue I have is it does not seem to have the range of the old board, Have to be almost up to the door for it to finally activate. I also could not get it to program to my remote outside pad, had to order a new pad from Overhead Door.

The original circuit board in our Legacy 696CD/B garage door opener developed a catastrophic electrical failure with the transformer and multiple exploded capacitors resulting in visible burns to the board, black smoke, and a tripped GF breaker. Luckily, I was able to identify this replacement board. It was shipped promptly, packaged well, and was an exact replacement with simple installation instructions included. Now everything is working perfectly once again! Highly recommended product and vendor.

This board was drop in plug and play in my Legacy 696CD/B opener. Access to the board was easy by removing the side panel (reference illustrated parts picture in the installation guide) and loosening the rear panel a bit. The board itself has two attachments to the chassis which are easy to access from the side. Technician subsequently servicing the door set the needed adjustments.

Was having a issue with my door. Would only raise up a few inches and stop. After going through all the trouble shooting recommendations I narrowed it down to the motor area. When I took it apart I found corrosion on my circuit board. Ordering from online was easy and delivery was good. Inside package were instructions to help me install the part. Garage is back to working order.

Easy to install and works like a charm. I was advised by the vendor who installed my garage door 12 years ago, that I couldn’t repair the broken learn code. I would have to replace the entire motor and it would cost around $475. I proceeded to do some research and found your company and found that all I needed to do was replace the circuit board for a cost of $59.95. I ordered the board and replaced it in under an hour. Now everything works as it should. BTW, I am a 68 year old female!
