      Overhead door as usual was quick to deliver the part, they seem to have a sensitivity about what the customer needs.

      Had to call and ask questions, they were very helpful save me $400. The part only cost me $4 I'm more than happy with this company. Recommend to all.

      I was hoping this was the correct part, turned out to be the right one. Worked as intended. Would be nice if the blown out drawings of the assemblies had a bit more of a description of the parts function, as this garage door is a bit different then the ones I have seen in the past.

      My old one got tripped. The new one came fairly quick and fitted snuggly to the chain. There are teeth holding it to the chain. Therefore, you don't need to screw it in too tight as it's plastic.

      I thought I was going to have to spend a fortune and wait for weeks to get a garage door company out to make the easy repair. This replacement piece was a so simple to replace!
