INNER SLIDE T-RAIL

This repair took me less than ten minutes to do. I did it myself and saved the cost of a repair plus the cost of the service call. I did it all for less then fifteen dollars.

My part broke when I installed it and I sent them a couple of pictures. The part was replaced free of charge and shipped to me free. So I rate their customer service as FIVE STARS! I have ordered from them in the past and the parts may have seemed a bit expensive to me, but they are fully warranted. Just goes to show how important customer service is and they are great. This piece was just what I need to get my door working again. Removed two old screws snapped new piece into place and replaced the old screws with new, took 5 min to replace and wife is happy again.

great transaction-only issue was not having a choice at checkout of shipping options. I was not aware of shipping speed. just may want to make that info a little more available at checkout time.

The part is perfect match of the piece I needed. I'm very glad Overhead Door had this part for a relatively old door opener. My only negative comment is that I would have preferred the part to be metal instead of plastic.
