      Unit worked fine, exact replacement.

      The padded envelope, could have should have been replaced by a shipping box due to the shaft. The envelope had a hole in it from the shaft.

      Motor for operator

      Motor was exact fit for the one replaced. Installation was a bit more involved than i expected (wiring, tight space) but it all came together and worked like new. The new motor/operator is slower and quieter than the one I replaced that failed due to working itself loose from its mounts in the three boltholes shown. $120 spent beat paying $500 for a new operator, and there is nothing wrong with mine.
