      Item received was not the one in picture

      No complaints on shipping or anything but one thing that was frustrating was that the item (lock) that I received was NOT the one shown in the picture. The lock shown in the picture had "overhead door" emblem on it and was more oval shaped. The lock I received had no emblem and was more square in shape. It worked on the door (barely) but very misleading. Not sure Ill be a returning customer.

      This was an exact duplicate for the one that came off the door. It worked perfectly and slid right in to place.
