This remote worked perfectly in our recent purchased home, the garage of which has a very old but well-functioning overhead door opener. I did not look forward to configuring this new remote, but it was a breeze.

I attempted to find the correct remote online but was uncertain of my decision. Next I called the 800 # and spoke with a gentleman who listened to my story/problem. He was friendly , informative and made certain I was choosing the correct remote.This was for an older model garage door opener in an elderly neighbors garage. Truth be told I was clueless but the representative I spoke with made it seem much easier.Excellent service

Called for assistance for setting the controller to the older door opener, the tech was very knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the process to successfully complete the procedure.

got a perfect advise on the phone as my overhead stuff was from1998 and the original remote was not on production any more.
Connection was done in less than one minute afte reading the join document.

We used this remote to program both a new and an old door opener. The directions were straight forward and easy to understand. Worked perfectly on the first try. It was the easiest opener I have ever programmed.
