      Replacement remote

      The part does not work as effectively as the original but my biggest problem was with customer service. The attached instructions did not work to sync the remote with the door opener. I had to leave multiple please call back messages and wait on hold for a very long time before someone returned my call and helped me. The entire process took over 2 hours of my time over 2 days for something that essentially took 5 minutes once I was helped.

      We went through 2-3 “universal “ remotes to no avail. I was so happy when this did the trick.

      The remote I received is a different model than the one pictured. I was a little concerned when I opened the package. However the newer model remote works great!
