This part was just fine tho replace my bad opener, and the service was fast, delivered as promised

Headline says it all. Great product, easy to program. Works great. Hope no more controllers die but I know where I will go for replacement.

Quick & easy to install. Opens garage door on my corner lot from adjacent intersection about 200 feet away.

Everything is great about the remote, I only took one star because the plastic case does not seem very sturdy ad durable like the old ones, time will tell. As for the customers that complain about receiving the wrong model, I was aware the casing has changed as shown in the Web site. The newer ones are not as sturdy. For the price it is a good deal.

Very good product work easy to program

Apparently they don’t make the one shown anymore, but instead of telling you this they let you purchase it first, then send you some cheap peice of crap instead.

I ordered the ACSCTO TYPE 1 overhead door remote as it was being sold on the web site. A few days later I received a different, three button remote. The invoice sent along with the remote indicated that the item I ordered was the ACSCTO TYPE 1. Naturally, I assumed that the wrong remote was packaged and sent to me.

I contacted customer service via e-mail and was told that I was sent the replacement opener and that the one button opener I ordered was no longer available. I was surprised to hear that the company would simply ship me something I didn’t order without contacting me first. Moreover, the e-mail I am responding to now, which asked me to review the product I ordered, still shows the wrong garage opened ID. The product rating is based on my experience with the company, not the replacement product. It is still in the bag it was shipped in.

I am very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up and customer service provided by Overhead Door Company.

Product good. The instructions are written so small it was hard to read.

I received the 2 remotes I ordered, and at first was dismayed, because they were different from my older ones. I quickly learned that the 2 remotes I have now are replacements for the older model as pictured. I put the batteries in, climbed the ladder to access the set button, followed my instructions and voila!!! The remotes and the doors are synced perfectly! Thank you, Overhead Door for making this job an easy one!!!

While remote works it does not have the same distance as the original. whereas the old one worked from a block away. The new one however only works once you are sitting in the driveway.

It was not the oval one that I ordered because they don’t have those anymore. It was nicer smaller, square one. Worked perfect. Programming it took moments. I love it!
