Got programmed and works great.

We need to return this garage door opener, turns out the control board in the garage door opener unit had gone bad, we had to replace it. It was a large purchase, and it would be nice to be able to return the garage door opener, it was expensive. We completed the online return request 2 days ago, and are waiting to see if overheaddoorpartsonline.com is a company we would recommend others to do business with.

I have a old Overhead Door opener that refuses to die (not anything to really to complain about). But the orginal remotes had seen better days and seemed to only function when they felt like it. I went to both local big boxs home improvement stores and bought the "Universal - works on all brands" remotes, apparently I don't own one of those brands. After pounding my head flat on the wall and subjecting myself to the under the breath ridicule of my neighbors, I searched the internet and found this remote. After it arrived and I set the small three postion switches in the remote to the exacts same postion as those found on the inside of the right side of garage door opener and then pushed the button on the remote, I then read the
instruction. Because I found the instruction so interesting I asked my neighbor to read them too, he too found them interesting, we both agreed we should call Overhead Door and share our enjoyment of reading the instruction with them. The Overhead Door person was more then helpful and walked me and my enthusiastic, and by then possibly inebriated neighbor through the entire set up process. Once again my old, yet reliable Overhead Door garage door operates with the zeal of a much younger garage door....Thank You Overhead Door Company for continuing to support your older (model 65A with a 380 feq operating system)

Our Overhead door garage unit is 35 yrs. old and still preforms well. The replacement opener works great!

Customer service is excellent. Had I read the instructions carefully and followed them I could have avoided having to call to get help. The unit has good range and replaces the old one in both form and function. The only down sides are the price and the fact that it takes what appears to be a very specialized 12v battery where the old one took a standard 9v.

380 MHz opener seems to be working fine. Distance from door for activation is shorter than preferred but it works.

This remote works great. I have a very old garage door opener and it took me awhile to find the right remote but Overhead Door made it easy for me. Thanks!
