4 Works fine
Posted by Unknown on 11th Jul 2019
I set the codes to match the ones on the receiver and then "activated" the remote by holding down both of the yellow buttons. It works well but sometimes it takes 2 or 3 clicks to actually get it to open the garage - better than not having a remote control at all though.

5 Works on older Model 65
Posted by Marty on 9th May 2019
Replacement remote for Overhead door model 65. Make sure you have the correct frequency. My opener had the incorrect number stamped on the outside. I had to remove the cover of the opener to see the correct frequency stamped on the transformer. Then just set the nine pins and your in business again. remote comes with required 12V battery

5 Great Relief
Posted by William Kiser on 20th Nov 2017
After 28 years my 380 series opener finally gave out. Local suppliers pessimistic I could locate a replacement. Searched on line, found this source without difficulty. Called listed number to make sure I had located proper model..made contact immediately and rep was responsive & very helpful. Arrived within 3 days with easy programming instructions. Working smoothly.

Paid twice what a normal remote would cost. Was a little difficult to program, but finally got it.

Received it sooner than expected. My husband had no problem setting it up, but I would have if he had not been available.

5 Should have just started here
Posted by Unknown on 28th Sep 2017
I had to replace an old remote for my very old garage door opener. Tried to save a couple bucks by trying to use the generic, "we work for anything" openers you see at Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc. not 1 of the worked. The factory replacement was a little more expensive, but super easy to program and works like a champ. Delivery was quick too.

5 great replacement opener
Posted by chris b on 31st Aug 2017
I lost the original opener and discovered that our older door unit operates on a different frequency than modern units I found the overhead door unit and ordered on a Sunday . It arrived on Wednesday and works perfectly The style and design is better than the original so I gave it to my wife and I took the old one !

1 No help
Posted by Sc on 22nd Jul 2017
Follow up to my post on the 6th. I also spoke to a call center person who was nice but didn't have a clue. Then i spoke to an "impatient" rep, too. I have used the exact same code as the older remote and yet no luck getting this to work. I followed the instructions precisely. Guess i will be returning it.

4 Works perfectly

My garage door opener (Eagle 1000) has to be at least 20 years old, replacement remote works perfectly, was easy to program. Must note, reps I spoke to on phone seemed "impatient".
