      Works as advertised, easy to program

      Ordered this remote to work with a nearly 30-year-old Model 551 Overhead Door after the previous one broke. It arrived in great condition with a battery already installed. I have no technical/mechanical skills at all, but after reviewing the enclosed instruction sheet and the owners manual for the Model 551 (found online; the 'Learn' button on this unit is labeled 'SC'), I was able to set a code and then program it to the garage door in seconds and on the first try. Although it's not cheap, I'm very happy to have been able to find a functional OEM remote.

      Excellent follow up. Received a call and was told what part yo order on an older garage door and works like a charm

      Got it quickly. Expensive. Good thing it was easy to program as enclosed instructions were for another model. Zero on-line support videos.

      It was hard for me to find a remote control that would work with my (old) overhead door. This one worked perfectly fine, easy to set up with my door and it comes with a battery (those small battery can be pricey!).

      The remote was easily programmed, as per the included instructions. It was very straight forward and worked the first time--I now have two functioning remotes, one for each vehicle. Thank you for being so prompt in shipping and for the technical support.

      Moved into a new house with an older model overhead door (556). Did a little research and came about this opener. Quick shipping and worked as expected.

      We were so glad to find this replacement remote control for our Overhead door opener installed in the 1990’s. It took only a few minutes to get it programmed and working. It came with a battery installed.

      I was worried this remote control replacement would not work due to my garage door opener being so old, but I am so pleased to report that it did worked perfectly. I was a little disappointed in the instructions on how to program it. I looked up some youtube videos and figured some of it out myself, but the instructions that came were not all that helpful.
