      It works fine - not very sturdy feeling but it's ok

      After process of elimination in figuring out what one I needed for an old model 555 I ordered the 390-1. It arrived in 3 days, well packaged. Then the fun started. I'm 67, eyes aren't like a teenager, but I'm reasonably astute and no stranger to screw drivers and odd jobs inc garage door openers. The instructions are generic and for a 3 button remote. So after taking out the magnifying glass and figuring out the up and down tiny button code and the memory button - it worked! Not without some frustration and trial and error, but it worked. Would help if the directions were for the right opener - but, I guess in the final analysis it is generic. It works, I'm happy.

      After trying to find a replacement locally, it finally occurred to me to look on line. This remote worked like a charm! Ordering was easy and shipping was quick.

      I bought a remote control and it was easy to program. Instruction manual gave exact instructions and easy to follow. The cost of shipping was more than the product. Hopefully, shipping cost will be lower.

      Got the remote I needed after looking up the code on my overhead unit and spoke with customer service to verify. Everything worked like it was suppose to without a hitch. Great service, and print delivery. Thanks

      I have tried other univeraal remote this is the only one that worker for my older model overhead remote. Worked on first try.

      the instructions were inadequate , they did not explain the setup procedure.

      Instructions difficult to follow as some of the buttons that were described in instructions were not on receiver
