      Customer support rep quickly and easily walked me thru diagnosing garage door opening difficulties that were the result of a bad wall console. Website was easy enough to find the replacement part and order. Received the part within 3 days. No problems with reconnecting the wall console to the wire and installing on the wall.

      I was sent the updated model since this was discontinued. The newer model is a much better design and was simple to install.

      It arrived quickly. Since this model was discontinued, I received a different model. Installation was easy and it works well.

      Replacement is better than original for us

      Note the supplied units are physically different to the pictured originals. Works identically to the original, looks nicer, and the new style replacements are better for us in that they have two "solderable" plated through holes on the circuit board for a contact closure which we use for computer control of doors. Overall, better than the original.

      I was skeptical with receiving a different wall console that what we had but it was a super simple install with the included instructions and works perfectly!
