      My opener is over 18 years old and still works well. The only problem I had was the remote. This universal remote works perfectly with the unit and was a breeze to program.

      I purchased a cheap off-brand remote that lasted a year before I had to stand in front of the door with one leg and one arm in the air to get it to work. This product works perfectly from two or three houses away! Great product!
