      Nylon pulley without insert

      The pulley supplied should include the metal insert. I am not sure nylon is the best material for this application. The previous pulley broke scattering parts inside and outside my garage. I had to purchase the entire assembly to get the metal tube that is used inside the pulley.

      Using the Overhead Door website was great for so many reasons; good diagrams to locate the part, reasonable price for the part, and shipping included!

      The pulleys were fairly easy to install, but other than the original installation manual, no directions were provided. I did notice that the center sleeve of the pulley sticks out more on one side of the pulley and it looks like it goes down against the bracket.

      Made the mistake of not ordering direct from overhead door the first time. The pulley is installed and working perfectly.
