      Wall Mount Chassis

Posted by Randy Garvey on 21st Oct 2026

The chassis was fine. What was really needed was the 41175RS shaft assembly. The part is shown and part number published but Genie does not make it available. Instead you are forced to buy a $375 chassis vs a $75 part. And supposedly the opener has a. Lifetime Limited warranty. But Genie customer service could not advise on my warranty and just strung me out. Last time this will happen as next time it will not be a Genie product. I own 4 of these...once bitten now always shy !!!
