Thermacore Weatherstripping
The online chat helped me select the correct weatherstripping replacement to order. Easy to remove old part, but it helps to have an assistant to install the new part. My door was 20' wide. You need to clean the channel before installing the replacement , but that takes 5 minutes max.

bottom weather seal for thermacore
slightly smaller than original from 35 years ago but gives a better seal than the smaller replacement I got from local OHD couple of years ago. Website does not have complete drawings with sizes for the three different sizes. But the one for 2 inch thick seems way to big

Garage Door Seal
Great product. Exactly what I was looking for. I could not find a replacement seal that fit my 194 series overhead garage door anywhere else in store or online. Actually seemed to be a little thicker and better quality than the OEM on my door I was replacing. Shipping was quick and they sent a few inches more than I ordered, so you have some wiggle room.
Installation was very easy. I remove the old seal, cleaned the channel (groove) where the seal slides in with a wire brush, blew out the channel with my air compressor, sprayed plenty of silicone lubricant on the channel, and slid the new seal on. I started at one end and just slowly fed more into the channel and pushed it down the door. Took 15 minutes and I was able to do it alone.
Thanks for having the product!
