Weather seal bottom
The replacement weather seal worked out nicely- easy to install with WD 40 as lubricant.

Thermacore Door Seal
Great replacement gasket/seal for my 16' thermacore Door. Critters had compromised the end of the original on one side. This gasket was a perfect fit. If you're going to apply it solo as I did, you may want to consider applying a bead of dish soap to the gasket ( not the door, gravity works) then sliding it into the track.

Lower garage door weatherseal
Exactly what I needed to seal the bottom of my thermocore garage doors. This seal is not available at HD or Lowe’s

Thermacore Bottom Weatherseal
Replaced this weatherseal a year ago with one from another supplier. Seemed to be thinner than the original Overhead Door seal. One year later it was splitting. Order another this time from Overhead Door. Fortunately this new one is heavier just like the original. I anticipate it will give lots of years of service.

thermacore bottom weatherseal
It's just what I need. Do you have any installation tips to put it on easy?

Weatherseal install
Take a few minuets to slightly open the garage door track that the weather seal goes into. Then use plenty of soap or WD-40 to lube the track and the seal. It helps if two people do the install. One to pull and the other to feed and push the seal into the track. Using a rubber mallet tap the seal to close the track. Close the door to insure that everything is working properly.

No Leak!
The seal worked out great, will keep critters and snow out!

Perfect
Bought two cheaper items that I thought "would do" (it's hard to get worked up about weatherstripping), but they weren't worth it. Paid more for the good stuff, and it's perfect.

Worked like a charm
This seal worked for my door even though my door was skinnier than the seal. Had to pull off the old seal, clean up the bottom of the door as much as possible., then lubricate the new seal to slide it on from one end.
