First replaced batteries... then tried local building supply ... not really "universal" my door was older... hardest part was waiting for mail to come. Easily programmable... started working after the first attempt! Thank-you for having the proper remote for my old garage door.

This remote was to replace the original remote, which lasted for decades. I was apprehensive about having to get one that was not like the original, but this one was super easy to program and has worked well so far.

The directions were a little confusing as i am not tech savy inbthe slightest, however I found a YouTube video to walk me through it and it was actually very easy.

Fast and easy!! Highly recommend!! It will make your better half extremely happy that she doesn't have to get out to open the damn garage door!!
